I am a Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist with over 20 years’ experience supporting children, adults, and older people with physical and neurological disabilities. I provide specialist occupational therapy assessment and intervention to help individuals overcome challenges in everyday living and maximise independence and participation in meaningful activities. My expertise includes Housing Adaptation Grant assessments, manual handling risk assessments in home and community environments, and specialist seating and wheelchair assessments. I provide detailed clinical recommendations regarding mobility, positioning, and equipment provision, supported by clear and comprehensive written reports. I also undertake functional assessments to support applications for care packages and home support services, ensuring practical and person-centred outcomes.
