How long does it take to publish my Business Listing?

Once you register your interest, we will contact you directly to confirm the request. We will then commence the publication of your Business Listing which will be completed within 24 hours.

Can I upgrade to a 24 month package after signing up?

Yes, you can upgrade your membership from 12 months to 24 months, within 30 days of your purchase. You can simply contact us by phone or email to request an upgrade.

Do you provide a service for public Occupational Therapists also?

We certainly do !! The name came about many years ago (2005) as a catchy and easily remembered name; however through our MarketPlace, Shared events and Social posts, we have found that Occupational Therapists working throughout the HSE and other voluntary bodies represent by far, the largest following and with the most significant level of active engagement.

What information is shared on social media?

We only share relevant information through our social media networks, such as OT referrals, upcoming events and certain product features from MarketPlace. When posting OT referrals, we only share minimal identifiable information, in order to protect the identity of Clients and maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.

How do we get our business information / images to you?

All information such as contact details and logo / images is typically taken directly from your own website. We also use information from your About Us page and import all of your social network accounts.

Is there a limit on the amount of products we can add to MarketPlace?

There is no limit to the number of products you can add to MarketPlace. We encourage all of our members to add their entire product range to MarketPlace in order to maximise exposure and provide a greater user experience for consumers. Certain members may have only one product to showcase, while others may have hundreds.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a no-questions-asked refund to all members within 30 days of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with our product, then simply advise us by email and we will refund your purchase right away. Our goal is to create a happy, thriving community. If you are not thrilled with the service you receive, we are more than happy to provide you with your full refund.

How do you distribute OT referrals?

Referrals are typically received from GP practices, solicitors, residential care facilities and families. They are received by phone, fax and email on a continuous basis. Once the referrer has provided permission to forward it on, we post the referral through our LinkedIn, Twitter & Facebook social media networks. All Occupational Therapists following us through social media will receive this new [referral] notification simultaneously. Each OT therefore has equal opportunity to explore this referral further.
