About Me

Kathy joined Sensational Kids after working for the past few years at one of Australia's leading paediatric clinics. Since graduating, Kathy has developed her passion for working with children and has worked primarily with children who have developmental delays, and those who have been diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Disorders Dyspraxia and ADHD. She has also assisted children with learning difficulties, including dyslexia, and those with both fine and gross motor coordination problems. Kathy has received training in the DIR/Floortime Model and has completed further study in the Sensory Integration Model. Both of these models provide insight into the behaviours of children with Autism, Sensory Processing Disorders and other developmental delays.
