Services provided include Housing Adaptation Grant reports and Housing Assessments; Functional Assessments; Specialised Seating and Wheelchair Assessments, Fatigue Management, Anxiety Management and Pain Management. Services can be provided in the Clients home, residential unit or nursing home. Carer education and training is also provided.
