About Me

I qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 2003 from Trinity College Dublin. I have 11 years of experience working within the HSE in a clinical setting. I have experience working in an acute hospital, a psychosocial and a community setting. I am currently working as a senior Occupational Therapist in community services with clients of various age groups who have a physical and or sensory disability. My role includes assessing clients at home for aids and appliances that will compensate for their physical limitations as well as advising on housing adaptations that will enable them to function as independently as possible. I am a member of the Association of Occupational Therapists of Ireland (AOTI). I have a special interest in Housing Adaptations and I am a a committee member of the National Housing Advisory Group which is affiliated with the AOTI. I have full professional indemnity insurance and take on private clients.
